This renovation of a condominium landscape involved mitigating the wear-and-tear from people and pets from 600 units on a small at-grade and on-slab landscape. The original design of the landscape has been honored and reinforced. The linear paving bands and pathways were made more robust and permeable in places. Lush plantings are separated from walkways by a raised concrete edge to deter foot traffic. A diverse range of play, seating, and gathering spaces accommodate residents of all ages and abilities. The landscape is enclosed with an elegant metal fence, providing both privacy and aesthetic appeal.

The project was completed in fall 2024.
