High Park Condominium Landscape

The High Park condominium consists of 600 units divided amongst two towers and connected by a multi-level underground parking garage. The waterproofing membrane for the underground garage had reached its lifespan after 40 years and the entire landscape must be removed and reinstated. The renovation became an opportunity to revisit and refresh the property’s exterior spaces. The existing landscape is heavily treed and included number of functional areas that needed to be maintained including the drive aisle, drop offs, visitor parking, the shared amenity space and the ground level circulation routes that connect the lobbies and ground floor units to the outdoor pool and tennis courts. Forest and Field provided two design options to the Board with associated costs, developed a preferred concept, drafted detail design drawings and tender documents, and coordinated a lighting plan, irrigation plan and tree removal permits.

Phase one of this project was completed in late 2017 in tandem with waterproof membrane work.
