This renovation of a condominium landscape involved mitigating the wear-and-tear from people and pets from 600 units on a small at-grade and on-slab landscape.  The original design of the landscape was honored and fortified.  The linear paving bands and pathways were made more robust and permeable in places.  Lush plantings are separated from walkways by a steel edge to deter foot traffic.  A new signature address features columns and lights that are inspired by the slender rectangular form of the building.  Traffic control signage provides clear and intuitive direction for the drop off and garage entrance.
